About the Role 

As Senior Site Manager, you will lead on-site execution, ensuring all event builds, installations, and live operations are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. 

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee site operations, manage teams, and coordinate across departments to ensure seamless delivery from build through to breakdown. 

 What You’ll Do 

• Oversee site operations, schedules, and logistics  
• Manage and coordinate contractors and site teams  
• Ensure full health, safety, and compliance (HSE) standards are met  
• Coordinate across production and project teams  
• Monitor site progress and resolve issues in real time  
• Maintain high standards of quality and execution throughout delivery  

About You 

✔ Extensive experience in site management within events or large-scale builds 

✔ Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities 

✔ Deep understanding of HSE, logistics, and site operations 

✔ Calm, composed, and solutions-focused under pressure 

✔ A confident communicator, able to manage multiple stakeholders 

What You Need to Apply 

✅ Proven experience working on large-scale event builds or site operations 

✅ Strong knowledge of site logistics, safety, and compliance 

✅ Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously 

✅ Fluent in English (spoken and written) 

✅ Valid driving license preferred
