About the Role 

As Project Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of LINKVIVA’s projects, ensuring all elements are planned, coordinated, and executed to the highest standard. 

You will either lead small-to-medium scale projects or manage key workstreams within larger, complex projects, reporting into a Project Director. 

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you will coordinate teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution from concept through to delivery and post-event wrap-up. 

 What You’ll Do 

• Take ownership of project delivery, from planning through to execution and post-event close  
• Manage relationships with clients, internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders  
• Act as a key point of contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment  
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and workflows  
• Oversee day-to-day coordination across multiple workstreams  
• Ensure all elements contribute to a strong and seamless guest experience  
• Identify opportunities to integrate sponsorship and marketing value  
• Manage budgets, costs, and financial tracking to ensure project performance  
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting  
• Support on-site delivery, ensuring smooth execution under pressure  
• Lead post-event reporting, reconciliation, and debriefs  

About You 

✔ 5+ years of experience in event or experiential project delivery 

✔ Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously 

✔ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills 

✔ Commercially aware, with an understanding of budgets and project performance 

✔ Proactive and solutions-focused in fast-paced environments 

✔ A collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership 

✔ Passionate about delivering high-quality experiences 

What You Need to Apply 

✅ 5+ years of experience delivering events or experiential projects 

✅ Proven ability to manage projects, timelines, and stakeholders 

✅ Previous experience working in the Middle East 

✅ Strong understanding of end-to-end event delivery 

✅ Fluent in English (spoken and written) 

✅ Valid driving license
