About the Role 

As Stage Manager, you will be responsible for managing all on-stage activities, ensuring the smooth and precise execution of live shows and performances. 

This is a hands-on, high-pressure role where you will coordinate talent, crew, and technical teams to deliver seamless stage operations from rehearsals through to live performance. 

 What You’ll Do 

• Oversee all stage operations during rehearsals and live shows  
• Coordinate talent, performers, and stage crew  
• Manage timing, cues, and transitions to ensure smooth delivery  
• Always maintain safety standards on stage  
• Support overall live show delivery and execution  
• Work closely with production and technical teams to ensure alignment and readiness  
• Monitor and adapt in real time to ensure consistent performance quality  

About You 

✔ Strong experience in live event or show management 

✔ Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail 

✔ Calm, composed, and solutions-focused under pressure 

✔ Strong coordination and communication skills 

✔ Confident working in fast-paced, live environments 

What You Need to Apply 

✅ Proven experience in stage management or live show delivery 

✅ Strong understanding of live production processes and stage operations 

✅ Ability to manage timing, cues, and multiple moving parts 

✅ Fluent in English (spoken and written) 

✅ Based in the UAE or open to relocation
